Greetings friend!
Happy New Year! It's hard to believe that 2025 is coming to an end. Our community has faced many challenges this year but our community's strength, determination and connection has endured. We advocated and made our voices heard. We came together and were able to accomplish so much in 365 days.
Here at the Autism Society of Greater Phoenix, we totaled our event numbers for this year and I am amazed at how much we have grown!
- We held 246 events.. that's 246 opportunities for connection
- 8,210 individuals participated in these events
- We celebrated 255 Birthday Club Members
- We expanded our service area to include 83% of Arizona
- We provided support to nearly 1,500 individuals via our information and referral program
Stay tuned for more incredible numbers as we finalize our annual report! The only item that decreased was the amount of phone calls we received. But we aren't worried about that because our website has received a record number of visitors. Our website is designed to give you access to resources and support 24/7. The numbers show, it's working. We love to talk to you but we understand finding the time to call isn't always easy, so we wanted help to be readily available when you need it most.
Last year, we were honored to be Nationally Recognized as the Autism Society of America's Affiliate of the Year. We made sure to keep that momentum going. Everything that our team does, we do with you, our community in mind. We strive to meet the needs of our community despite being a small organization. Our donors and community partners help us keep our events free or low cost and without them we couldn't make so many wonderful moments and memories happen.
You are our WHY, our reason for existing. So cheers to a new year of opportunities! I look forward to meeting more of you at our events. I am immensely grateful for this community and each and every one of you. I wish you a wonderful, peaceful New Year full of love, joy and of course... connections!
