Thank You for Standing Together

Thanks to your generousity, Standing Together and United With Israel raised tens of thousands of dollars for Pesach supermarket gift cards and food supplies for IDF soldiers. When other individuals and organizations heard about the Standing Together Pesach Campaign, they immediately got involved. In addition to financial contributions, Matzo, meat and other food for Seder night were donated.

Just a couple of days ago, when we thought we had given out all the gift cards and food packages, United With Israel received a large donation for another 100 gift cards. Standing Together voluteers raced to get all the necessary paperwork processed so that the cards would be by the soldiers, today. Confirmation came from their IDF Commander as I was writing this newsletter. He thanked Standing Together and United With Israel and expressed that we can't even imagine how grateful the soldiers are.

The army along with volunteers delivered the gift cards and food packages to IDF soldiers and their families, as well as to lone soldiers, and many soldiers who have been on the front lines since October 7th. These wonderful IDF soldiers do so much for Israel, it is an honor to help them celebrate Pesach with dignity. The distribution of the gift cards and food packages is done with extreme modesty and sensitivity.
