and longer our ancestors traveled in the desert…)
Big Sunday is fast approaching, and University Synagogue is again delighted to partner with our dedicated friends at i-CERV, the Ismaili Muslim Volunteer Service group. We’ll be creating an inspirational garden for the kids at Ramon C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts. Put on your gardening clothes, green your thumbs, and help plant new flowers and bushes, raise old flower beds, and make the school’s quad look amazing.
Please email Bennett Tramer at
tramerb@aol.com
if you’re interested in participating, or if you have any questions. No need to individually register on the Big Sunday website, University Synagogue is already signed up. We just need a rough head count. So let us know – and see you there for a Jewish-Muslim gardening extravaganza!
