"And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer."
—F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby

Happy Summer Solstice (and International Yoga Day) from all of us at BYS Yoga Collective! We hope you're getting to enjoy the longest day of the year. You can harness the energy of the season with a few sun salutations, a silent meditation walk, or simply by being present in all the day has to offer. And of course, we have a few offerings this weekend (inside the studio and outdoors!) to celebrate.
