Spring is in the air and Martin County Healthy Start is looking forward to what a new season will bring!

Are you looking for a cause to put a spring in your step? Become a star dancer in our Dancing with the Martin Stars, where you'll not only light up the stage but also make a real difference for families in need! Applications are open now until April 1.

Healthy Start had the opportunity to spend time with some amazing organizations recently. We enjoyed an employee campaign luncheon for the United Way of Martin County. Last week, we attended the Hobe Sound Community Chest Agency Fair as an agency in attendance. This newsletter includes photos and details from these two events!

Mark your calendars! Our Strong Like a Mother group meets on Saturday, March 30th, in addition to the monthly diaper schedule, available at the end of this email.

Dancing With The Martin Stars Application Is Still Open!

Dream of dazzling under the spotlight? Here's your chance to shine bright and make a difference! Join the ranks of Dancing with the Martin Stars as a star dancer and twirl your way into hearts while raising funds for a worthy cause.

Not only will you get the chance to showcase your talent on stage, but you'll also be making a tangible impact on babies, mothers, and fathers in Martin County. Each step, each spin, and each leap you take will contribute to better outcomes for families, supporting vital initiatives and changing lives for the better. It's more than just a dance—it's a chance to make magic happen and leave a lasting legacy of love and compassion.

We had a great time celebrating our community and holding our employee campaign luncheon for United Way of Martin County. As a grateful recipient of a community impact grant, we recognize that we can make a greater impact together.

More than 75 people came out to learn about agencies that receive Hobe Sound Community Chest Funding on March 8th. It was an agency fair with a twist that specifically highlighted agencies that have the capacity to deliver services by hitting the road. The “Mobile Nonprofit Experience” allowed agencies to showcase thAe mobile units they use to deliver services in the neighborhoods and communities they serve directly. We were proud attendees alongside 10 other agencies offering mobile services

We also want to give a thank you to Hobe Sound Community chest for their continued support of ensuring babies are being born healthy in Martin County!
