Pils Pils Pils Pils, Pils Nye The Barley Guy. A tribute to the man we all grew up with and loved. The Science Guru of our generation. The one we looked forward to watching on that big bulky classroom TV our teachers would roll out. Bill Nye, this one’s for you buddy! Our take on the classic, Czech style Pilsner. We start with all 100% German Pilsner Malt for our grain bill. We then bitter it up with some trusty ol’ Hallertau Magnum. Then to finish it all up, we top it off with the ever so tasty ever so noble Saaz hops. This is an all-day beer. Crispy, light bodied, and refreshing!

Business In The Front: 2 Row & Carapils-that’s it for the grain bill, nothing else, why distract from the… Party In The Back: An absolute dump truck load of hops. Chinook, Citra, Simcoe & Strata. A lot in the whirlpool, even more in the double dry hop. Clear, crisp and fruity with just the right amount of bitterness on the backend. 95% Party | 5% Business 100% Mullet Season.
