Happy St. Patrick's Day!
March Flowers or More Snow?
Summit County's own March Madness!

March Madness is not just for Basketball Fans!
Summit County welcomes guests that come in droves during this time. This influx is certainly an opportunity to shine with our ski areas, restaurants and unique retail shops and to show our guests "Mountain Hospitality."

But like with many things in life ... there are some "challenges"

We, the locals live here full-time and the "vacationers" are here to enjoy time off and have fun. The mere logistics of many more residents and the blending of people "on holiday" with full time residents requires courtesy and understanding from everyone.
Let's be respectful of each other, enjoy this beautiful place
in harmony and practice "good Stewardship" as well!

Thanks to all !
Best of Summit.

Buying REAL ESTATE in this market:

We continue to have some inventory..best advice: Be ready when the property you wish to purchase "hits the market". As your Realtor I will do my level best to keep my ear to the ground and network with fellow Realtors to keep you informed of market conditions and perhaps dig up a listing that fits your "wish/need" list.

Short Term Rentals (STR): Perhaps some of you have heard about the Short Term Rental Issues in our market. Un-icorporated Summit County-not within town limits has established policy for STR. Each town in Summit County has established or is in the review process for their STR policies.
There has been some confusion regarding the policies in each town as well as in all of Summit County.
Please call me ..I can connect you to the "horses mouth".
I will guide you to the community liaison who can answer your questions.
