Outreach Committee Update
An enormous thank you to the generous members of the Good Shepherd Family! We exceeded our goal and distributed 80 Thanksgiving Feasts including a turkey and all the fixings. Thanks to each of you who donated, packed and distributed the boxes. Special thanks to Super Shopper Gayle Edwards! She is amazing! Check out this link for some photos!
It's Christmas Stars time again! We are making wishes come true for about 40 children. As in years past, you can sign up to purchase gifts of about $100 for a specific child. The child's age, clothing size, and toy wishes are on the list. Please click here for this year's Christmas Star list. (If you can't do the shopping, but would like to sponsor a child, you can make a donation and pick the child's name and we will shop for you)

From the National Cathedral: As your Cathedral and a house of prayer for all people, we want to help you meet this moment of national challenge. If one of the feelings below describes you, follow the link to find a special prayer video that we can pray together.
I want to celebrate my blessings
I want to pray for hope
I want to pray for peace
I want to pray for the poor and neglected
I believe your Cathedral was made for this moment, and I hope you’ll find one or more of these prayers uplifting and helpful. They’re our way of saying, “Thank you for sharing the Cathedral’s mission of healing and reconciliation.” May God keep you throughout this holiday season.
The Rev. Canon Jan Naylor Cope
