The housing market has been a roller coaster ride this past year for both buyers and sellers! Months of inflated prices and recent interest rate increases, and transitioning back to "normal" or altered work environments after more than 2 years - it's been alot. Overall it seems housing prices are still dropping but in smaller increments, house values are still increasing year over year, and the market is still strong if you look at it from a wide-angle lens :) People still need to move for many different reasons, and the market is stabilizing to a point where it's more balanced for both buyers and sellers.
