Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving & Holiday Season

Here in the Blackstone River Valley, we have had a truly amazing year, from accessible bike rides to wonderful walks to even discovering all about Cumberlandite. And, as we look back, we have many things to be thankful for: apple pie, cranberry sauce, good friends, and family. So, as we sit down with our friends and relations, let us give thanks for all that we have, and let's look forward to our tomorrows and all that they will bring.

I leave you with a traditional 19th-century toast for Thanksgiving –

To our national birds

The American Eagle,

The Thanksgiving Turkey:

May one give us peace in all our States,

And the other a piece for all our plates.

From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving.
