This month's featured team member is Hailee Brooks! She is the Assistant Director of the Bright Ideas in Bryant, Arkansas.

 CENTER SPOTLIGHTS & HAPPENINGS

Bright Ideas Miramar

(Florida)

The children at Bright Ideas Miramar have been learning about winter and they started their Valentine’s Day projects. One class made igloos out of fruit loops using white chocolate and frosting. This was a great activity for fine motor skills and it was a tasty treat! Another class started their Valentine's wreaths. They will work on these daily until Valentine's Day to promote fine motor skills.

Bright Ideas Auburn

(Alabama)

Bright Ideas Auburn has been learning about all things to do with winter! The students have learned about artic animals, snow and snowmen.

They also learned about Martin Luther King, Jr. and the social focus this month has been on compromising and apologizing.


Bright Ideas Bryant

(Arkansas)

This month our students learned about snow, snow animals and all things to do with snow! Here is a picture of Ms. Bebe's class "building" some snowmen.

Amanda, our lead teacher for our 3-4 year-old class, and Cece, our lead teacher for our 1-year to 1 ½-year-old class, had 0 tardies and 0 absences for the whole year of 2022!

Collierville Christian Academy

CCA staff and children have been enjoying some warm and sunny days! They have been getting ready for a Valentine’s Day dance and Valentine’s parties!

Elzy has been enrolled for many years at CCA. She is smart, kind, and has a great sense of humor.

Bright Ideas Cookeville

During the month of January, several of the Bright Ideas Cookeville classrooms learned about dinosaurs. They had a special friend come and visit the center. Her name was Cera the Triceratops. She taught our friends some interesting facts about dinosaurs and then they got to play with her!

One employee I would love to spotlight is Emily Forsythe. Emily is our toddler teacher and she is AMAZING! She is sunshine in a body and always has a positive outlook. She has unlimited patience and we are very blessed that she joined our team! ~Director at Cookeville

Bright Ideas Cordova

Kids at Bright Ideas Cordova learned about the new year and how other cultures celebrate. They learned about different foods and did a taste test. Yum!

Brunswick Kids Club

This month BKC Elite Cheer teams competed in the Diamond Cheer and Dance Jekyll Island Championships. Our Level 2 team, Ruby, placed 2nd in their division, and our Level 1 team, Sapphire, placed 3rd in their division. Both teams rocked the stage, and made their families, friends, and coaches so proud!

Stepping Stones Academy

The students at Stepping Stones Academy celebrated Martin Luther King, Jr. Day by having a pajama day and doing an egg learning activity.

Mrs. Shonda's class celebrated International Day in a big way!

Bright Ideas Memphis had a birthday celebration for Dr. Martin Luther King. They talked about his role in U.S. history and how important it is to still live by what MLK taught.

On Fridays in the toddler room, it is wear your favorite team shirt day, and everyone loves circle time with Ms. Nichole! The two-year-olds recently learned about pets.
