Came in HW+ but has since completed treatment. Has been fully vetted and was given a clean bill of health. Not altered, can be after HW re-test June 1st.
Sophie is a very loving girl. She is searching for her forever human that will show her unconditional
love and a soft place to call home.
Sophie lived the 8 years of her life outside in a caged space as a puppy making machine.
Sophie is welcoming to humans and wants everyone to give her lots of rubs. She is good around children.
It is best that Sophie is an only dog and has no pressure for her to have other dog friends. She doesn't trust other dogs and the not so pretty side of her comes out, gets very reactive and acts out. Bart is the only dog that she accepts. With a good trainer and consistent work this could be something that she becomes better with. Cats and other small animals are also not recommended in the home.
Sophie was not housebroken when she came in, we have worked on this since day one. She does good but if she's gotta go...she will. She is comfortable in a crate for short periods of time.
Sophie would love a fenced in yard to roam and sun bathe in.
