What is Employment Related Practices Liability (EPLI) coverage?

Employment practices liability  insurance, known as EPL insurance or EPLI, provides coverage to employers (health clubs and studios) against claims made by  employees alleging: Discrimination (based on sex, race, age or disability, for example), wrongful termination and other  employment - related  issues, such as failure to promote.

Ask your SFIC underwriter about the EPLI coverage that we include in our General Liability policy at no additional charge and higher limits that we have available.
