What you will do:

• Oversee daily clinical operations on assigned shift

What We Need:

• Current NYS Registered Nurse License

• 1+ years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

The Director will play a key leadership role across our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, working collaboratively with nursing, medical providers, therapy, and administration to support residents and families through some of life’s most important transitions.


The Director will be supported by a highly experienced, dedicated long-term care social worker who brings deep institutional knowledge, strong resident advocacy, and a genuine commitment to The Brothers of Mercy and its future. This partnership provides continuity, mentorship, and a strong foundation on which to build a cohesive, forward-looking team.


We are looking for a leader who will:

• Build and develop a high-functioning social work team

• Strengthen systems, workflows & interdisciplinary collaboration

• Support residents and families with dignity, clarity & compassion
