For a minimum donation of $10, you can revel in the fact that an adorable shelter pet is pooping all over the name of your ex! Be sure to put their name in the “Gift notes” box when making your donation.

It's the perfect time to prevent unwanted spring kittens! During spring "kitten season", shelters like WECHS become packed with kittens looking for homes. When that cat you're feeding at your back door brings her kittens or when your indoor cat slips outside while in heat you can quickly end up caring for many more mouths than you planned.

Spaying or neutering your dog or cat can also benefit them by preventing life-threatening medical issues like pyometra and can also help reduce behaviour concerns like spraying and roaming.
