This month, we take a moment to feature the accomplishments of member of ACF Rhode Island,
Chef Joseph Leonardi, CEC. Chef Leonardi has been a very busy culinarian over the last few months. Most notably, he was team USA's manager at the International Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA) "the Culinary Olympics", in Erfurt Germany. Chef Leonardi led the team to 2 gold medals and a 4
th overall ranking in the world.
Chef Leonardi is the Director of Culinary Operations at The Country Club in Chestnut Hill, MA. Prior to this, he spent 9+ years as the Executive Chef at the Somerset Club in Boston, MA.
Outside of the kitchen, Chef is a dedicated and proud father of 3. He also is an avid outdoors man who has a passion for hunting and fishing.
Congratulations Chef, on all your accomplishments. You are a true mentor to many and a role model to us all.
