Winter Reading Break Hours
Do you know what’s open on campus during the Reading Break? Many retail food locations will have modified hours, so be sure to plan ahead.
Ban Righ and Jean Royce dining halls will be open. Leonard dining hall will be closed as of 2 pm on Friday, February 13, and will reopen for brunch on Saturday, February 21.

Ramadan Mubarak!
Throughout Ramadan, from Tuesday, February 17 to Thursday, March 19, students on the Residence Meal Plan will have the option to “Pick and Pack” pre-dawn Suhoor meals from Ban Righ (February 17–20 only), Leonard (February 21 onward) or Jean Royce dining halls.

Students are asked to complete the Ramadan Pick and Pack and Food Allergy and Dietary Needs forms.

International Awareness Certificate
Queen's University International Centre (QUIC) invites you to join us for our Intercultural Awareness Certificate program!
This series will help you to understand the influence of culture on our day-to-day experiences and give you an opportunity to meet other students on campus. Participants who attend all five sessions in a specific series will also receive a certificate.
There are two remaining 5-session series:
- Tuesdays, 9:30–11:30 am, starting February 24
- Thursdays, 2:30–4:30 pm, starting February 26
Registration ends Monday, February 23.
