Quilter’s Circle display at local church fair

The Wallkill Quilters Circle had a Quilt Display at the Wallkill Reformed Church as part of their recent Winter Wonderland Church Fair. The sanctuary was filled with quilts. There was also a display of Audrey Keesler's quilts, a founding member of the Quilter's Circle who recently passed away.

The group, sponsored by the Wallkill Public Library, meets every Tuesday in the Community Room of the Shawangunk Town Hall from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring your current project and your lunch and join in the fun of quilting with other quilters!

Fiction Club selects January read

The library’s Fiction Club will be reading Exodus, by Leon Uris, for their January selection.

They’ll be discussing the book on Thursday, January 30 at 2:30 p.m. in the reading room of the library. Newcomers are always welcome!

Holiday Re-gift BINGO

Friday, December 29 at 2 p.m.

'Tis the season for duplicate, well-intended, and totally-missed-the-mark gifts! They will make great prizes for our Holiday Re-gift BINGO. If you'd like to join our holiday BINGO game, bring a new, wrapped re-gift from your stash. Each person playing should bring a wrapped mystery gift. Our goal is to have everyone who brought a gift leave with a gift, so even if you didn't win a game, you'll be able to choose a prize at the end of the program. All ages welcome! Registration required.
