This workshop is 3 hours long. All participants will partner up in class.

You’ll be introduced to the foundations of Thai massage, such as movement, body mechanics, anatomy, safety and massage techniques. Each of you will be guided through a process that includes both giving and receiving a timed, 90-minute massage.

Thai massage is a practice that has been around for over 2500 years. It is an integration of assisted stretching, acupressure, and deep tissue massage. The intention of Thai massage is to clear energetic blockages, relieve muscle tension, and leave you with a sense of balance and restoration. Learn to touch with purpose and intention, uncover deep unconscious patterns of stress, and work through the meridian system to remove blockages for the optimal flow of prana.
