Finding Our Center
Dear Community,
As our lives get busy this summer and the news of the world gets crazier, we are continually challenged to come back to our center. I suppose that is why they call it "a practice" in mental health. We are all just practicing ... getting stronger, better and healthier in this thing called life! NCCR has events, workshops, retreats, talks, and other events coming up this summer and fall. We hope you will consider joining us!
NCCR clinicians dedicate their life and profession to helping others find their most regulated selves - and our own along the way! Please know you are not alone. We are all just practicing and when in doubt, reach out - because we truly are stronger connected!
Have a great rest of the month and see you on the yoga mat of life,
Kim

Local physician, Dr. Cory Annis, and her revolutionary practice, Unorthodoc, are on a mission to make “Affordable,” “Health” and “Care” mean something again. Her affinity for the insurance plight of small business owners has earned her the tagline “The M.D. for Entrepreneurs,” though her solutions can work for anyone who's tired of the "crazy," regardless of insurance status. Hear a calming voice of reason (for a change!) ... from a doctor who is taking your healthcare personally.
Join Dr. Annis and NCCR's Kim Jeffs for this informative workshop. We'd love to see you there!
