What We Can Gain From Loneliness

We all have felt it. It can break our heart. The pang of loneliness can overtake us not only when we are alone. We can be lonely in a crowded room.

Loneliness is a little tricky though with its negative reputation because loneliness can be a force of transformation. It can change us if we allow the change within us to take hold.

This 9 minute video describes the benefits of embracing loneliness.

We know whales are highly intelligent. When they directly interact with humans, it is Remarkable to behold.

Here's a marvelous talent and a full album of music. Reinhardt Buhr composed 17 albums in 10 years time, and by 2019, he went viral over social media with a hundred million views. He's still producing, adding millions and millions more.

From the video notes:

"Reinhardt combines the Laser Harp, Spanish Guitar, Electric Guitar, Electric Cello, Australian didgeridoo, Israeli Shofar, Spanish Cajon, Synthesizers and Piano via a live looping system to create an extraordinary symphonic orchestral sound in only a one-man improvisational act."

He's fascinating to watch as he records in his studio. However, play his music in the background, as you work or go about your day, for an effective, positive mood changer.

HAPPY Earth Day!

April 22nd

While watching this NASA perspective of our Earth, I got goosebumps imagining how it would feel to see our Earth for the first time.

Just about everywhere on Earth Day (also known as International Mother Earth Day), a wide range of outdoor events take place, coordinated globally through many, many organizations and individual citizens worldwide.

It feels wonderful to join the (at least) 1 billion people in more than 193 countries who practice eco-spirituality by honoring and serving our Earth on this day, or on the weekend before or after.
