A Special Friend in Need - Vic Seixas
Our very own Vic Seixas, Wimbledon singles champion of 1953 and the oldest living Grand Slam Champion in the world, needs our help.
If Vic had won Wimbledon in this day and age, along with the all around tennis success he had, he would be a millionaire, easily. But back in his tennis playing days, the prize money was chump change. When Vic won Wimbledon, his prize 'money' was a £25 certificate to spend at a shop in Piccadilly Circus. For real. That's it.
So now, with Vic turning 99 in late August, and health care needs mounting, he could use some help from his Harbor Point family to pay the bills. Learn more about the ongoing Vic Seixas health care fundraiser, and join the likes of Chris Evert, Pam Shriver and Stan Smith in making a donation by CLICKING HERE

New Whiteboard Queue System Up and Running
The new white boards are up. One for lanes 1-3, and one for lanes 4-6.
Like a grocery store, you pick a lane queue based off how many people are already queued, and go from there.
Instructions on using the queue board:
1) Choose which lane you want to sign up for (do not sign up for multiple lanes)
2) In the designated column write down your name, arrival time, and the amount of time you plan to swim (for lanes 3 & 6 there is also a space to indicate if you are willing to share, which is optional in those 2 lanes. Sharing is mandatory in lanes 1, 2, 4, 5).
3) Once it is your turn to swim, add your approximate end time before entering the pool.
4) When you are finished swimming, erase your name from the board.
Remember: These are queue boards, NOT reservation boards. Thank you!

The Foundation provides financial support in grants each year to nonprofit organizations that support our overall mission, which is to fund and facilitate the most promising organizations aimed at improving the quality of life for Bay Area adults and children in need.
Our focus is two-fold:

We give particular consideration to organizations that are recommended to us by Harbor Point Club members and residents, so if you know of a worthy nonprofit that fits within our focus, please have them visit our Grants page to learn more about the guidelines, the process and to download an application.

Spiral Studio Marin
Increase Strength and Mobility with Pilates and GYROTONIC Sessions
Harbor Point members (and non-members!) can improve their flexibility and achieve an overall feeling of balance at Carla Daro-Kaliski’s Spiral Studio. Her GYROTONIC and Pilates sessions can stimulate your muscle, skeletal, and nervous systems to increase strength and joint mobilization, as well as decompress the spine, so your whole body experiences greater vitality in a natural way. For beginners and experienced athletes, too.
You’re invited to try a discounted introductory package of 3 lessons, available for just $175. Book online and learn more at www.spiralstudiomarin.com. Reach out with any questions :)
I am loving Gyrotonic, and Carla is just fabulous. It has made me stronger and more flexible from just a few sessions, and is gradually improving the way I sit, stand, and move. Very subtle and pretty amazing stuff.

I feel it is currently very important to continually shine a light on Russia's horrible war on Ukraine, and the various details that may not always be expounded upon in the basic news broadcasts.

The section below is dedicated to musicians who have passed away over the last week. When I started this almost 2 years ago, it was strictly musicians who died from COVID-19. I have since expanded to musicians from all around the world who have passed from a range of causes, though for many, COVID-19 is still the culprit. Most of these musicians are likely unknown to you, but they have surely touched the hearts and souls of many in their home countries, if not around the world.
I hope you take a listen and enjoy their offerings.
