The County of Orange and Dana Point Harbor Partners have reached agreement on terms for the Dana Point Harbor Revitalization Plan.
To be clear, the deal isn't officially done. It still requires careful review by stakeholders, including your DPBA, as well as approval by the OC Board of Supervisors. But after eight months of
formidable negotiations since DPHP was selected by the County last October, the parties have (mostly) closed the divide and are preparing to advance their proposed agreement to the Board of Supervisors for approval. We expect this to take place at the July 17 Board of Supervisors meeting.
