Six months of construction have led to something truly special - the new David Weekley Homes Grantham Amenity Center is almost complete and ready to welcome endless memories! Originally built in 1999 by a local doctor as a barn and athletic center for his children, the structure’s foundation was strong but needed modern updates to shine once again. Partnering with Blacklin Studios, our team preserved the building’s authentic character while reimagining it into a vibrant, modern amenity space. The result is a perfect blend of heritage and innovation—rustic charm meets contemporary design. We can’t wait to share the official photos soon. Stay tuned - this one’s a showstopper! |
