Message from the President

Dear Harding Alumni,

Every one of us has had memorable destinations along our journey of life. Although we have journeyed far, the Harding Alumni Association wants you to know you still have a place to call home. The experiences that we’ve faced in the past and present truly makes us who we are today, but what I am most enthusiastic about is what we will become tomorrow. Our lives are full with career opportunities, traveling the world, growing a family, and more. I’m hoping that you all haven’t forgotten that Harding is still your home away from home.

The mission of the Harding Alumni Association is to foster a spirit of loyalty and promote the general welfare of Harding Fine Arts Academy through events, mentorship, scholarship and service. We have three memberships available for you to pick from. It is my hope you will become a member of the Association so we can reach more students and provide opportunities they did not believe possible.

Being a member of the Harding Alumni Association comes with an overwhelming sense of pride for our beloved alma mater. This year, we hope to bring you new and revitalized opportunities that allow you to grow and express your pride for the school such as our Inaugural Alumni Classic Basketball Game and an All-Class Reunion. More details on both these events are listed below.

I invite you to come along with us for the exciting year we have ahead. Whether you attend an alumni event, volunteer your time, or donate, we hope to connect with you.

DeVante Parker '11

President

DeVante works for Anthem Inc. in the Spending Accounts department servicing Employers and Brokers and spends the rest of his time growing his own company, Fit Now System LLC.

Kristen Dunham '11

Vice President

Kristen is a mental health therapist serving individuals, families, and couples in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.

Nok Thatvihane '09

Treasurer

Nok has been in the banking industry for 13 years. He is currently in the Treasury/ Cash Management division for Quail Creek Bank. He is also the Treasurer for LBA, another non profit group hosting small basketball tournaments in the OKC metro.

Jordan Pennon '11

Madam Secretary

Jordan works in Human Resources for a Global Technology and Industrial Leader that produces Fire, HVAC and Security equipment for buildings.

Johny Guerrero '12

Marketing Chair

Johny works full time within his Digital Agency, Evergreen Digital Marketing, and spends his free time playing and teaching guitar.

Still got game? Harding Alumni Association is hosting their Inaugural Alumni Classic basketball game - come watch as Harding's Alumni battle it out with current student athletes in a game of basketball.

Students: Free

Non-Members, Community: $5.00 per person

Cash or check accepted. Concessions will be available. All proceeds from the event benefit the Harding Alumni Association.

Meet with old friends and make some new ones at Harding Alumni Association's All Class Reunion! All graduates from Harding Jr/Sr High and Harding Fine Arts Academy are invited. Enjoy food, drinks, dancing, and reminiscing.

Volunteer Opportunities

Harding Alumni Association is powered by many generous and talented volunteers. We have several opportunities to get involved including serving on the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for operating the Alumni Association, managing membership, marketing, and planning programs and events.

Not ready to be on the Board? That’s okay! You can also sign up as a volunteer for one our volunteer committees: Nominating Committee, Membership & Outreach Committee, and Event Planning Committee.
