The Cancer Survivorship Provider Network: Supporting the Best in Survivorship Care

Right now, in the U.S., 18 million cancer survivors inspire us. Over 600,000 of them are living with some form of metastatic cancer. They'll likely meet with a healthcare provider this year, but the question lingers: Will that provider be equipped to understand unique survivor needs? Enter The Cancer Survivorship Provider Network (www.TheCSPN.org), your ally in fostering comprehensive, equitable, high-quality survivorship care.

Born in 2014 from three Seattle nurse practitioners' vision, CSPN spans every U.S. state, Canada, the U.K., Australia, and beyond. What kickstarted as a provider resource hub has evolved into a global 24/7 network. Monthly meets, expert talks, free contact hours, and a trove of research-backed resources empower our member providers to offer top-notch cancer survivor care. 

We stand as the sole provider-facing Survivorship-focused network, uniting professionals in every healthcare facet. Physicians, nurses, psychologists, and more—our members weave care and support into cancer survivors' lives daily. Your involvement could shape the future. Since 2014, we've offered this service at no cost, sustained by volunteer dedication and grants. In 2023, Harmony Hill's sponsorship made us a nationally recognized non-profit.
