Harmony Science Academy Beaumont is excited that district-play Basketball is approaching! We will be opening up district play with our Homecoming game against Orange Community Christian on January 16th! The roster consists of four seniors who will lead to an amazing Senior Night at the end of the season. The team is working hard towards getting the district championship banner!

Harmony Ingenuity Tigers are excited as we approach the opening of our 2022 – 2023 Basketball season. We’ve added additional teams to our program, including a Middle School Boys/Girls team, a High School Junior Varsity team, and HS/MS Cheer. By adding these additional teams our coaching staff has expanded with exceptional coaches such as Coach Tys Joseph who’s shown he knows how to win by leading our Flag Football Team to a state championship. We have the high energy and charged Coach Trivel Jackson who will assist with the MS Boys team. We also have Coach King Arthur II debuting as our JV Boys coach. Coach Arthur, a Harmony alum, is excited about coming back to lead and inspire his student-athletes as he often reminisces and shares what his coaches did during his formative years in Harmony athletics. Coach Erick Chavez will lead our MS Girls team. Coach Miriam Sanchez, Coach Krystal Ortiz, and Coach Carneisha Brandon (another Harmony Alumni) are our MS/HS girls Cheer Coaches.
Our Middle and Varsity Teams both participated in pre-season tournaments and we had a few highlights. Senior Tevion Burton received honorable mentions in the TNBA Houston Holiday Charter Showcase. He leads the Harmony Ingenuity Tigers to a 33 – 19 Victory!

We look forward to having a very exciting and competitive season. GO TIGERS!
Harmony School of Excellence-Sugar Land Middle
HSE Sugar Land Middle School hosted the Harmony Cup Boys and Girls preseason basketball tournaments. HSE SL raised $2,479 from the tournament fundraiser.

Great job to Coach Okoye and his girls' basketball team. Congratulations to the Lady Mustangs as they took home the trophy and won first place in the Harmony Cup preseason girls' basketball tournament. They went undefeated going 4 and 0.  

The district basketball season starts Thursday, December 15. The boys' and girls' basketball teams' first game is against HSA Katy at our campus gym, the original Roark's Court. Go MUSTANGS!!!
Harmony School of Innovation-Sugar Land
This month at HSI is about honoring and celebrating our beloved friend, mentor, and coach, Coach Roark. The boys' varsity/JV has already started the season undefeated and plays their homecoming game on Friday, December 9th. The girls will kick off their season on January 9th against HSA at home.

We look forward to a successful season for our boys and girls!

Congratulations to the HSA Houston Boys Volleyball Team for winning State Championships! The team successfully defended the title with an undefeated record. Coach Tulod is very proud of his boys for being resilient, disciplined, and focused on winning it all. GO HSA!!! GO TIGERS!!!

A special shoutout to Coach Tulod for being awarded Coach of the Year by the Honor Charter Athletics League.
Harmony School of Innovation-Houston
HSI-Houston started the winter sports season with a bang! The boys' basketball team won 1st place at the Harmony Cup Basketball Tournament and started their district opener game with a 34-25 win. 
HSI- Houston Lady tigers also started the winter sports season blazing a trail! The Lady Tigers earned a 2nd place finish in the Harmony Cup Basketball Tournament and also won their district opener game 38-4. 

We are currently preparing our soccer teams for a great spring season of sports! 
Harmony Science Academy-Katy Middle
HSA Katy Girls and Boys Basketball kicked off the season with an exciting home game against Yes Prep West. Although Yes Prep West won against both teams, HSA Katy did not leave the gym feeling defeated. The basketball staff and teams are back in the gym next week to continue working on skills, strength training, and are actually even more excited to compete. Overall the anticipation for the rest of the season is at an all time high. Go Lions!
