An Economic Development Update from Stephen Barrington

In Fiscal Year 2025, plans include acquiring land for a Class A industrial park, constructing the first of six Class A industrial buildings, and launching a new program to transition available land into environmentally vetted, market-ready sites.

These initiatives aim to position Harnett County as a key player in attracting business investments and driving economic growth.
