Support During COVID-19
COVID-19 has changed many aspects of daily life and how we conduct business. We understand the new normal and we want to be supportive to our clients needs. Reach out to our support team with any questions or unique situations your office may be experiencing.
Remote Implementation & Training
With all the restrictive guidelines set forth by Harris Govern, County Government, and the CDC, we have increased our capacity to provide remote Implementations and Trainings. We will be utilizing existing and new technology to conduct Project Kick-Offs, virtual meetings for Fit & GAP Analysis, Training, and Go-Lives. Our remote offerings will not hinder or subtract from the effectiveness of our implementations. Instead, it will provide cost savings due to eliminated travel expenses, increased accessibility to staff and project team members, and improved client experience during the implementation process.

Future Year Layer:
Introducing Future Year Layer for our Florida clients! This additional functionality allows Florida clients to copy property attributes to the future year while in the field so that target additions and changes can be specified for the next appraisal year. Changes to both years sync seamlessly back into PACS. Please contact Vicki Lane ( [email protected] or (972) 851-1858 x 77302) with any questions and to receive your personalized quote.

Auto Priority:
This new FREE feature allows you to build various rules around setting the priority of properties automatically. You no longer need to manually load priority lists. A great example of this would be setting a property as high priority whenever a new permit is added into the CAMA system! This new feature saves time and reduces the likelihood of errors.

Fun Fact
Did you know that July 19th is National Ice Cream Day!

The holiday was created by an official proclamation by President Ronald Reagan in 1984. At the time, the holiday was supposed to be only celebrated once - on July 15, 1984. The ice cream industry, however, decided to continue the tradition every year since. In addition to observing a National Ice Cream Day, the proclamation also designated July as National Ice Cream Month. This too has now become a tradition.

Did You Know...

...that some studies have shown that people buy and consume more ice cream on a Sunday than any other day of the week?
