Mobile Support Change to DCS |
Restructuring Mobile Support
One of the big changes for Mobile in 2022 has been the transition of Mobile support over to DCS. This will enhance your mobile experience and streamline the support process by allowing your office to communicate any mobile issues and questions directly with the team responsible for maintaining the mobile technology.
We will be working through the rest of 2022 to transition the remaining clients over. Prior to transitioning a client, Harris Govern will contact the client to walk through the process.
For more information regarding this change and what you should expect, check out this helpful video.
