New Member Spotlight:

Lelands Modular

Nestled in the hills and valleys of Hart County is a company that believes a home should be more than a structure. It should reflect your lifestyle, values, and dreams. With 30 years of experience and two IRC-certified facilities in Texas and Kentucky, Lelands Modular builds trust the same way they build their homes - strong, precise, and built for life.

From cozy cabins to spacious family homes, every Lelands project is tailored to your vision and delivered to you. Rooted in Amish and Mennonite craftsmanship, Lelands doesn’t just build modular homes - they build trust. “At Lelands Modular, we build trust the same way we build our homes - from the ground up and in our factories - a home built right, built for life.”

Meet your local Modular Home Specialist: Anthony Neal

Locally, Anthony Neal, Modular Home Specialist, is dedicated to serving Hart County and the surrounding area. We are very excited to have Lelands Modular and Anthony as a new member of our Hart County Chamber of Commerce.

“There’s nothing more rewarding than guiding clients through the journey of building their future, one decision at a time,” says Neal.

Besides impeccable service, a key factor in choosing a Lelands Modular Home is the turnaround time. Most homes are completed within 12-18 weeks, depending on design complexity, customization, and site readiness. Because construction happens indoors in a controlled factory environment, your schedule stays predictable - rain or shine.
