Message from the Principal
Lacey Moser

Dear Hart Families,

We look forward to seeing everyone at our Ice Cream Social tonight from 6:00-7:00 as we kick off our Book Fair!

On Tuesday and Wednesday, we welcome our Grandparents to join students for lunch and to visit the book fair.  The safety and security of the students and our building continue to be a priority.  We love events that bring in our families, but we also know it's important to ensure we know who is in the building for the safety of all students and staff.  Please help me in communicating to any family members who will be visiting throughout the next week for the bookfair and/or Grandparents Day to come early, bring their government issued ID, and check in with the front office.

One way to check in a little faster is to RSVP ahead of time to Heather Bouska at [email protected].  If you have come through the office this year, you only need to send your name.  If you have not had an opportunity to check in through the office this year, you can send a picture of your ID for manual entry.  Mrs. Bouska will then print out your sticker badge the morning you plan to attend and you will pick it up when you arrive.  This should help speed up the process.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to ensure Hart is safe and secure for all students.

With a Full HeART,
Lacey Moser

A special thanks to Brian Rohr, parent at Hart Elementary, for being our fearless pilot and making this experience amazing!

Thank you Marc Sherrin for creating this video and capturing all the fun!

A message from Mrs. Scoville, Hart Elementary Counselor...
We live in such a digital and technological world that simple manners have taken a back seat. Saying "Good Morning" or sharing a smile can change the entire course of a persons day. We encourage you to review and practice these simple manners.

CURRENT ILLNESS
We are currently seeing a lot of allergy related illnesses, some strep, and another virus that seems to be causing predominately stomach ache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and headache.
Please remember, if your little ones have had diarrhea, fever greater than 100 (without medications), or vomiting they must be out of school for a full 24 hours so that we can help keep protect others.

MISSING IMMUNIZATIONS
There are a handful of our students that are still missing appropriate documentation of immunizations per Texas State Regulations. Please get these to the school nurse, Allison Wright, ASAP so that your child can continue attending school. If required immunization documentation is not received (or process of series has not started if full series is required) we may have to delay school attendance until we have appropriate documentation. Please call me (Nurse Alli) with any questions, 469-742-8156. Thank You!

Thank you for your cooperation!
