Time: 11:30 am - 12:30pm
Where: 92 Brock St. W., Uxbridge

This is a true inspiring healthy community event teaching us how simple whole food eating can be on the go.

What to bring?
Five 500ml Mason Jars
Pick 2 ingredients that you will bring to contribute to the food buffet and make sure you bring enough for everyone.
Bring your big dish of veggies plus a serving spoon.

(Once we confirm how many people ie. 10 people x 5 jars = 50 servings of your ingredients to cover off everyone's jar.. so 1 cut up cucumber won't work).

We want them to be plant based items please:
Protein/Grain ideas: nuts/seeds/quinoa/beans/chickpeas/Brown rice Veggies: All types cut up in bit size .

Once you confirm your 2 ingredients we don't want others to duplicate so 1st to announce your 2 ingredients those are your items. Looking forward to seeing our community out.

There is NO CHARGE for this event! Bring an item to donate to the local food bank if
Please confirm the 2 ingredients you are going to bring, and remember to bring 5 Mason Jars (500 ml in size).

Contact Annie Hardock at 905-852-6686 or e-mail unghq@uxbridge.com to register and confirm your 2 ingredients.

Annie's Voice
Experience Love, Peace & Happiness through spiritually inspired Photography, Poems, Music & Stories.

Annie had written a series of spiritually inspired poems and music almost two decades ago. The profound insights revealed in her poems had guided her to live a life filled with love, peace and happiness.

When Annie discovered new insights in her spiritually inspired poems couple years ago, she decided it's time to share and release her photography, poems, music and stories to the world. Many people suffer emotional pains as social unrest increases around the world. It is Annie's intention to help others to overcome adversities by finding their inner strengths.

Thus, Annie's Voice is Born!

How to write your signature talk

So many of you have commented on how I have grown in my business over the past year. Thank you for noticing!
So many of you have asked me; “What have you been doing differently Annie, you and your business look amazing!?”
Well I want to give you an opportunity to have that same growth experience.

Let me introduce you to Odette. I attended her workshop on Speaking and how to get on Stage. Boom. Everything changed for me.

Odette is a master at helping you tell your story, write your talk and start speaking on stages.

She has another one of these events th at I highly recommend you attend  if you want to include Speaking to grow your business.

At this event you will:
  • uncover your soul story
  • get clear on your marketing message
  • learn how to make offers
  • lots of 1;1 feedback on your talk
  • practice time in front of an audience

and you will walk away with your talk written, practiced and polished!

Click this link and get yourself registered. Seats are limited, so there are a lot of 1-on-1 sessions.

I will be there too!

Fresh Waves
Freshwaves is a Wednesday, weekly morning talk show on WhiStle FM. As the name suggests, we have interesting guests with fresh new ideas (or, in some cases, ideas that are ancient) and we give listeners the opportunity to learn with a fresh approach. Knowledge is contagious and we hope the waves of new ideas and fun learning will awaken and inspire our listeners.
Listen to Annie and Susan tell their stories – how they came to writing the book Awakenings, writing poetry and sharing these stories with the world. We will discuss how writing has helped them and how writing can help you!

Freshwaves airs on Wednesday and Sunday mornings from 10:00am – 12:00pm on WhiStle FM. You can listen live on  whistlefm.com . We also podcast all of the Freshwaves shows at  http://www.freshwaves.ca   . Podcasts are available on Thursday evenings after the original air date and you can listen any time you like.
