Supporting Local Farmers
Farming trade group Verdesian recently conducted a study ranking cities across the country for their support of local farming. Their findings confirmed something most of us already know. The Lehigh Valley ranked in the top five based on the number of farms, farmer markets, and farm-to-table restaurants among other factors! All of these elements help grow local economies and sustain availability of local farm products in their communities. Read more from reporting by our friends at WFMZ and enjoy the abundance from our local Lehigh Valley farms today!
