Autumn has arrived and the signs of the season are appearing all around us. Once again Paradise Hills Winery and Resort is hosting its Harvest Wine Dinner and we would like to invite you to take part.

On October 21st your taste buds will be delighted by the cuisine of Chef James Reaux from The Chophouse. He will be preparing five courses for the event each paired with Paradise Hills Wines presented by owner Robert Lander.
Smoked Scottish Salmon Flatbread
Cured Capers, Mascarpone Cheese, Nicoise Olives and Chives

Fall Sweet Corn Bisque
Grilled Prawns, Arugula Oil and Cumin Creme Fraiche

Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto
Crisp Pancetta, Braised Fennel, Turmeric Butter

A nationally-renowned chef; James Reaux has brought his culinary creations to the mountains of Western North Carolina and North Georgia. Chef Reaux opened Murphy’s Chophouse, located in Downtown Murphy, North Carolina in 2009.
