Prepping for Harvest!

The crew is working hard to deep clean and organize the cellar to prepare for the upcoming harvest. Plans are being made for all of our grapes! Harvest is coming quick and the grapes could be hitting the crush pad in as little as two weeks!

Verasion & Rising Sugar Levels!

Warm temperatures are increasing the brix (sugar levels) in the vineyard. Verasion (the ripening and color change of the grapes) is at 85%. We will continue to monitor the vineyard as we approach harvest!

We are looking forward to making new wines for you soon!

Thank you all for your continued support! We hope to see you soon!

Cheers!
