Chamber Hosts Local Business Group


The Hastings Chamber of Commerce has invited the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) project team to provide an update on the Hwy 61 road construction project as it moves into its final design stages and talk about projected construction timelines. All Hastings' area businesses are welcome to attend. 


Hwy 61: Open for Business Meetings bring local business owners together to stay informed on the road construction project, collaborate on strategies and support one another in helping customers confidently navigate the community during construction.

North Frontage Road Detour Planned

Business Access Will Remain Open From the West


The last segment of water pipe across North Frontage Road on the Raw Watermain Project for the Central Water Treatment Plant will be connected early next week and will require the closure of North Frontage Road west of Westview Drive, from April 6-8, weather dependent.  Access to all businesses will remain open from the west, with the intersection of Pleasant Drive and North Frontage Road remaining open during construction. Drivers should follow the detour signs.

Vendors Wanted for Summer Park Events


Hastings Music + Market showcases a vibrant mix of local products, and we’re looking for talented artisans, makers and vendors to help bring the market to life on Thursday evenings, June through August, at Levee Park in downtown Hastings.

The registration fee is just $15 per event, with discounts available for vendors who book multiple dates. Be sure to apply soon—the application deadline is June 1!
