Hats Off to All Involved in Hockey Day Minnesota

Hastings was honored to host Hockey Day Minnesota 2026, celebrating the 20th anniversary of this premier statewide event last week. Hockey Day Minnesota organizers planned a week of activities and events designed to engage and entertain the entire region, highlighting the rich tradition of hockey in Hastings and Minnesota.

Although weather conditions presented challenges, the festivities continued as planned, demonstrating the dedication and resilience of all involved! Numerous participants were able to take part in events supported by the Minnesota Wild, United Heroes League, local businesses, volunteers and the City of Hastings Government.
