The Hawaiian real estate market has been hot! An inability to easily visit Hawaii during most of 2020 created a pent-up desire to buy. In addition, low interest rates, some of the lowest Covid case counts in the nation, an ability to work remotely, a lot of focus on home, and increased awareness in our own mortality/bucket lists inspired a real estate boom. Inventory is low throughout the islands!
If you are interested in buying, be prepared to act quickly. If you are interested in selling, it's a great time! If you would like to visit, beginning July 8th, fully vaccinated U.S. travelers may bypass testing/quarantine! As of June 15th you can travel between islands without restriction. Otherwise you need negative test results from an approved Testing Partner to bypass quarantine. Click here to learn more.
