Have an issue, need to report a concern, or have a question about the City? Citizens Relations is here to help! Responding to our citizens is a vital part of our everyday activities at the city of Rosenberg.
Citizens Relations was created as a "one-stop" point of contact for non-emergency City information. The Citizens Relations coordinator receives citizen's inquires and concerns and routes them to the appropriate department within the City where they will be responded to and handled in a timely manner.
If you have an issue, concern, or question about City-related services, we encourage you to contact Citizens Relations in one of three easy ways:

- In-Person: City Hall (2110 4th St.) during normal business hours Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays.
