Tigerettes Hosting Parents' Night Out

The Willard Tigerettes Dance Team is hosting a Parents' Night Out on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Willard High School (Auxiliary Gym) 515 E Jackson, Willard. 

Drop off the kids for dancing, playing games, making crafts, and having fun while you enjoy a date night out. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Pizza will be available for $1 per slice.

The cost is $25 per child and is open to boys and girls ages 4 - 12 (must be potty trained). Space is limited, so sign up ASAP!

Titan Family Portal to Become LINQ Connect

On Tuesday May 23, our meal payments portal, TITAN Family Portal, upgraded to LINQ Connect. There’s no need to change your username and password. All your information and your account balance will be transferred to LINQ Connect.

Visit your app store and find “LINQ Connect” available in the Google Play Store now and the Apple App Store available soon to download the new app and enjoy these new features. Just log in with your existing username and password. If you use a browser, visit LINQConnect.com to log in.

Here are some exciting upgrades to enjoy:

• A simple, fresh look allowing better accessibility
• An interactive dashboard to view all family members in one profile
• A resource center to access help guides
• Streamlined menus to help you see more with fewer clicks

If you don’t currently use our online meal payments portal, LINQ Connect allows you to set up one-time or recurring payments for your student’s account. You can also view previous transactions, set spending limits, transfer funds between students, set low-balance notifications, and more.

District Office Summer Hours

The Willard Public Schools District Office hours will change for the Summer. Between May 30 and August 12, 2023, the District Office will be open Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and will be closed on Fridays!

Cox Care Mobile Shot Clinic

The Cox Care Mobile will be in our District proving a mobile shot clinic on June 7, 2023 in the Middle School parking lot and June 8 in the High School parking lot.

Parents may sign up using the links below and will need to fill out the consent form and bring it to the appointment. 

Willard Food Pantry Open for Summer



Did you know that Willard Public Schools has a food pantry open every Tuesday? The pantry is located on 116 Mill Street and is open from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. The pantry will be open this summer as well, with the exception of the 4th of July. Willard families can visit once a month!

Southwest Missouri Area Health Education Center Hosting MASH Camp



Cox College will be hosting a two-day camp on June 6^th and 7^th designed for students entering 9^th -12^th grade who may be interested in a career in healthcare! Students will learn about science in the medical field, explore health careers, connect with healthcare professions, and participate in hands-on experiments and lab activities.

The camp with take place at Cox College from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The cost of the camp is $40, though there are scholarships available. Please register by May 30, 2023.

2023-24 Willard Youth Camps & Clinics

The Willard Athletics coaching staff has released camp dates for interested Willard youth.

For a list and details of upcoming clinics and camps, click here. You do not need to be currently enrolled at Willard Public Schools to participate.

A friendly reminder that all camp fees are non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to Willard Schools. A this time all payments must be made separately at each camp on the day of registration.
