Anza Trail Coalition Supporters:
while you're out enjoying the Anza Trail, not only do you notice wildlife and scenic views, but also, how safe and nicely maintained it is. This does not happen via ghosts and goblins...it's their dedicated volunteers hard at work, year-round. In order to fund these maintenance activities they hold fundraising events.
Save your clean, working, and useful surplus items for our annual yard sale. Rummage through those closets and garages for items to donate. We already have some tools, kitchen utensils, musical instruments, furniture, clothing, household décor and lots of extras.
Circle the calendar and come to shop for treasures on October 30th and 31st. Last year’s sale brought in $2500 to help with equipment and trail maintenance. Everything sold helps with their mission to keep the trail open and well-used by birders, tourists and local enthusiasts.
The sale will again be held at 1 Placita de Anza (across from St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Tubac). Items can be dropped off the last week of October. For more information, call Keith or Judy Brown at 503-559-8621.
