Crazy Cool Idea!
Let me preface it real quick though...

 

As many of you know, I am currently out in Alaska getting to know Mt McKinley aka Denali. 


Climbing to the highest point in North America has been on my bucketlist for far too long and I'm making plans to attempt to summit in 2018.
 

 

Naturally, I want to be in my very best shape since I'll it is a gruelling accent. One that lasts approx 3 week. 


 

With that being said, you can imagine I'm designing one heck of a training program to get in the best shape of my life come May/June 2018.
 

 

Now, back to my crazy cool idea...

 

I'm looking for

 

 

ONE person who wants to get SUPER SERIOUS about his/her training program & to get in his/her BEST SHAPE the spring of 2018  

 

I'm talking so serious that he/she wants to train side-by-side WITH ME.

 

Yup! I'm looking for someone who wants to spend 4-6 days per week working out with me - rep for rep, set for set, we're going to do it TOGETHER.

 

Here's how the sessions will look (Will vary in time and intensity):

  • 5-minute warm up Tissue Quality Circuit
  • 5-minute Mobility & Activation Circuit
  • 10-minute Core Stability Circuit (think "tummy tightener")
  • 5-minute Target Area Developer (special strength training sequence)
  • 20-minute Total Body Metabolic Resistance Training Circuit
  • 20-minute "Stubborn Fat Cardio" Session (This is a great time for you to pick my brain for weight loss & fitness tips)
  • 5-10minute Cool-down & Flexibility Circuit

 

All told, we're going to spend about 30-90 incredible minutes together 4-6x/week!

 

But, it doesn't stop there...

 

You see; I also test out some of my fellow mastermind collegues online programs and will naturally be throwing those in there as well.  

 

PLUS, since nutrition is such a critical role in getting in great shape to conquer this mountain my "training partner" is also going to meet one-on-one with our nutritionist as well

But first, let me immediately eliminate some of the would be takers on this awesome offer by letting you know that the training sessions will vary. Some days will be early other days during the afternoon and others in the evening. This is all done on purpose. So flexibility is a must. I understand that won't work for many, but that's the only way I'm able to do this.

 

Oh yeah; NO WHINERS ALLOWED either. ;-b
You've got to be willing to work HARD for your success.

Set locations will vary too - On top of Greens Creek Hill here. Other locations include Dome @ Louis Riel, Petrie Island, 180, Other centers + more

Here's a powerful analogy: 

Fleas are incredible jumpers. 


In fact, a flea can jump over 150 times its own size. 


 

If humans had the same strength, we could jump
over 900 feet high.  

 

In fact, a flea can jump 30,000 times without taking a break. 

Imagine if we had that kind of strength and stamina

 

We could accomplish almost anything physically. 

 

But when you put a flea inside a jar with a lid on it, 

the flea will, of course, begin to jump over and over again.

 

However, after a while it tires out from hitting its head against the lid, so it will start jumping lower. 


 

You can actually remove the lid and the flea will still only jump as high as where the lid was. 


In other words, the fleas will never escape the jar because they have been "reprogrammed" to jump lower from their surrounding environment.  

 

The flea now has a new set of LIMITING beliefs. What about you? 

 

Have you been FLEA TRAINED? 

 

Have you been conditioned to jump or climb only so high?  

Have you hit your head up against life's situations so many times that you are tired of trying or don't believe in yourself? 
 

Have you had the wind taken out of your sails through discouragement, ridicule, and failures?  

 

I know I have at times. 


 

And it's my #1 HATER. 

 

FEAR and WORRY.  

 

Fear and worry of what others will think,  

 

Fear of being rejected,  

 

Fear of failure,  

 

Fear of loss,  

 

Fear of pain.  

 

 

It's a normal part of life.  We all have feelings of worry and anxiety about the things we fear most. 

But if we're not careful, it can paralyze us mentally and physically. 

 

 

 

My main man, Max Lucado always reminds me of how paralyzing these emotions can be if we're not consciously aware of controlling them. He writes...

 

"The German word for worry means 'to strangle.'".  "The Greek word means to 'divide the mind.'"  

"Worry is a noose around our neck."    

"It's a distraction of the mind." 

 

Oh boy, how I could relate to all of these feelings at  certain times in my life. 

 

My advice? 

 

Don't listen to the whines of those who want to try 

and Flea Train you... 

 

Those who have settled for a second rate life and want you to do the same so they don't feel guilty. 

 

Your goal is not necessarily to live long. Yes, we all want to age gracefully, but think about it, we're here for a blink of an eye compared to eternity.  

 

Your goal should be to 

 

LIVE... Lean. 

 

To LIVE Healthy. 

 

To LIVE Happy. 

 

There is a rawness and a wonder to life. 


 

Pursue it. Hunt for it. 


 

Just don't compromise your values 

or sell out to get it.  

 

And don't listen to the naysayers who 

want to Flea Train you.  

 

Face your fears. Move overseas. Climb the mountain. Write the Book. Teach or attend the class. Schedule the photo shoot. Enter the contest. 

Change careers and pursue your passion. 


 

Run for office (if you're crazy enough lol). 

 

Make a difference in the world! 

Sure it isn't safe, but what is? 

 

You only have ONE life. 

Do it now.
