Happy 2nd Birthday! October is Bring a Buddy Month.
In honor of Progress Fitness Center turning 2, during the whole month of October members can bring a guest to the gym for FREE. No pass needed. If your guest joins the gym, members will get the month of January free for their referral.
Group Blast - Tuesday Nights
We have added another Group Blast class to the group fitness schedule! Come torch calories in this fun, upbeat cardio class. Every Tuesday night at 5:40pm in the Group Fitness room.

Sign up to do 1X a week or 2X per week unlimited. This 6 week program is just what you need to stay accountable. Make ups & demos are 10/16-10/22.
