Volume 12 | September 11, 2019
Our marketing team has made great strides to ensure that we tell our story to the community. Continuing with this effort, Board of Directors approved the adoption of the new AIRS logo displayed above. Capitalizing on existing color schemes we feel that the sleek modern design graphically displays our commitment to affordable housing and support services to our clients across all of our divisions.

We hope you like it as much as we do!

Empire Homes of Maryland, Inc.  had the pleasure of hosting another  AvalonBay Communities  (AVB) volunteer team to help with some of our maintenance needs in our rental inventory.

A crew of eleven of AVB's finest helped us close out existing maintenance tickets and perform preventative work at FIVE properties.

Thanks, AvalonBay . We are grateful for all you do!
On Representatives from AIRS | EHM | City Steps were on hand to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the new facility for REACH! Partnership High School in Baltimore.

Congratulations to Dr. Gresham and the team of state and local agencies who brought this wonderful building to fruition.

On Saturday, November 9th, City Steps ™ the youth services division of AIRS Interfaith Residential Services, Inc. (AIRS), is hosting its 3rd Annual Charity Basketball Fundraiser to benefit the most vulnerable youth throughout the Baltimore region. The fundraiser, sponsored by PNC and AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Inc., challenges local companies, organizations, and individuals to organize their teams and battle it out – basketball style – to raise funds for City Steps.

We're working out the final details but registration for sponsorship and teams is open now. If you have questions about the tournament or sponsorship opportunities, contact Anthony Butler at 410.576.5070.
