Petition to Change Fayetteville City Council
There is a petition to change the makeup of the Fayetteville City Council.
Currently, you have one vote for your District Council representative and the Mayor. Under the proposed change, you would be able to vote for those two, plus four at-large representatives. You would have an influence on 60% of the city council versus the current 20%.

5,000 signatures are needed on the petition supporting the proposal to make the issue appear on the 2022 ballot for a general vote of all citizens in the city of Fayetteville.
