We’re excited to introduce Driver Dash, an innovative program powered by Rocket Start, designed to gamify driver performance and foster friendly competition among Tennessee’s Ready Mix drivers!
Driver Dash is a statewide game where each TCA Ready Mix Member Company can enroll up to five drivers at no cost. Every week, drivers earn badges based on their performance—whether it’s maintaining a clean truck, logging accident-free miles or working beyond regular hours. Each badge carries point values, which contribute to your drivers’ rankings on the statewide leaderboard.
Participating in Driver Dash allows you to benchmark your drivers' performance against Tennessee's Ready Mix elite. Top drivers each month will receive prizes and gift cards. Additionally, the top five drivers of the year will be invited to TCA's 2025 Annual Convention for two days with a complimentary registration.
