A more personalized digital banking experience, to make your life a little easier! After months of planning, work, and testing, our Digital Banking upgrade is now live. You’ll love the new look and feel and you’ll enjoy having greater control over all your accounts within one, convenient platform. The upgrade combines all the great features of Online and Mobile Banking to bring you a more modern, integrated Digital Banking experience. Here is what you need to know for a smooth transition—

First Time Log In

If you are already registered with Justice Federal’s Online or Mobile Banking, please use your current username and password to log into our upgraded Digital Banking platform. For security reasons, you will be prompted to verify your identity and select a new password the first time you log in. After completing this one-time verification process, you will be able to log in using your username and updated password as normal.

Inactive Users

If you haven't logged into Online or Mobile Banking within the last 6 months, you will need to register for Digital Banking as a new user.

Mobile App Update

Our new Digital Banking platform is now live. You will need to update your Mobile App on your smartphone to access the new platform.

Account Alerts

Any account alerts that you currently have setup for transactions, balances, loan payments, etc., will need to be re-established.

Browser Support

You will no longer be able to access your accounts on the Internet Explorer web browser. You will be prompted to upgrade to the latest Edge browser if you currently use IE.

Card Alerts & Controls

The new platform offers complete control over your debit and credit cards all in one place. View transactions, set alerts, turn cards on or off, set travel notices, and more. If you currently have any card controls set up through CardLock, you will need to re-establish those controls within the new Digital Banking platform.

Credit Card Online

If you have automatic or future-dated payments scheduled for your credit card, you will have to re-establish them within Digital Banking. Your payments will continue to be made, whether you take this step or not, however, you will not be able to see them within Digital Banking or make changes to them. Re-establishing these payments will allow you to see and control those payments again.

QuickBooks & Quicken

You’ll still enjoy a fully integrated experience with your QuickBooks and/or Quicken account(s) once you’ve take a few simple steps. Modify your QuickBooks and Quicken settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data to the upgraded Digital Banking platform. Quicken/QuickBooks Conversion Instructions
