The Saints are our spiritual supports and guides

Loving Father, we are grateful this new day. As we celebrate the feast of the Apostles Philip and James, we express our gratitude for sending them to us to remind us of their faith and love for Jesus, your Son. Like them, may we also follow faithfully and remain with the Lord Jesus. We thank St. Philip, for because of his request to the Lord, “Master, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us,” we are now able to know and see you in your Son Jesus. Grant us the grace to slowly understand the mysteries that surround between you and Jesus your Son. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Sts. Philip and James, apostles, pray for us.
