Volunteer tutors make a difference!  Please volunteer to support students' academic success through the Haven Tutoring Network! In just an hour a week, you can make a difference in a student's life by volunteering to tutor during the school day.

The Haven Tutoring Network has been a valued resource for 14 years with the support of parent and community volunteers. Volunteers are matched with a teacher and student(s) who need assistance in math, language arts, social studies or science.

To volunteer, please sign up through the Haven Tutoring Network or complete the volunteer form and submit it in the Tutoring Network mailbox in Haven's main office.

If you have questions, please email the Haven Tutoring Network Coordinators:

Thank you families for donating to the LMC this school year! The money raised helps purchase new books and activity materials we need to keep the LMC running in tip top shape.

Remember, the LMC opens at 7:45AM every day of the week for study hall. Stop in the main office by 8:00AM to come upstairs and work on homework, read or participate in Anytime Activities.

Seventh graders were introduced to the right of Intellectual Freedom during our  Banned Books Week presentations, all sponsored by the American Library Association. Ask your 7th grader what they are reading today!

Haven Rock Stars Climbing Club will be starting Friday, September 27, 2019. We will be meeting most Fridays through April in the big gym after school and ending at 5pm. There is no fee, no experience required, nothing to sign, and students are not obligated to come.

If you have questions, please contact Daryl Periman at perimand@district65.net.
